These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WJ Place website and the services provided by Hurry Up Transportation LLC D/B/A WJ Place ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including WJ General Repair, WJ Tires, and WJ Mobile Wash. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WJ Place provides mobile semi truck and trailer repair, tire service, and mobile wash services in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX area. All services are performed on-site at the customer's location or vehicle's location. Services are subject to technician availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, inaccessible locations, or vehicles requiring work outside our scope of service.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Mobile Wash services are performed by appointment only. General Repair and Tire services are available on a call-in basis during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Emergency and after-hours service is available by phone.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior service calls, or other factors. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services are as published on our website and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- A service call fee applies to all on-site visits: $50 during business hours, $100 for emergency or after-hours calls.
- A distance surcharge of $2.00 per mile (one way from Fort Worth, TX) applies to calls outside our standard service area.
- Debit and credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Cash and Zelle payments carry no fee.
- Fleet accounts are billed weekly by email invoice under agreed contract terms.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a fleet invoice arrangement has been established in advance. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large or complex jobs.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
We stand behind our work and will correct defects in our service workmanship. Warranty terms for parts are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide warranties for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising after our service due to factors unrelated to our work.
Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no representations or warranties regarding the fitness of a vehicle for any particular purpose beyond the specific service rendered.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WJ Place, Hurry Up Transportation LLC, and their employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting service. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and location. You agree to be present or designate an authorized representative during service when required.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (833) 232-3330 or Wj@wjplace.com. Service call fees may apply for cancellations after our technician has dispatched to your location.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hurry Up Transportation LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
